Building a SaaS is not one problem but a chain of them: a multi-tenant data model, subscription billing that handles upgrades and failed payments, onboarding that gets users to value quickly, emails that bring them back, analytics that tell you what is working, and a landing page and launch plan that bring the first customers. Most solo founders get stuck somewhere in that chain. This course walks you through the whole of it with a mentor who has built and shipped products.

You start with the business: validating the idea, defining the smallest product people will pay for, and choosing a pricing model. Then you build — using Claude Code, Cursor, and a modern stack — the product itself: workspaces and teams, roles and permissions, Stripe or an alternative payment provider, plan limits, trials, invoices, transactional email, admin tools, and product analytics. Finally you prepare the launch: landing page, SEO and AI-search basics, launch channels, and a feedback loop for iterating after release.

You leave with a launched SaaS product, working billing, and the operating knowledge to keep building it — or the ability to do it again for the next idea.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a validated idea before starting?

No. The first module is validation. If you come with an idea, we test it; if you come without one, we work through how to find and evaluate one. You should, however, be prepared to build a real product, not a practice exercise.

Can I accept payments from Armenia?

Yes. We cover Stripe as the primary provider and discuss alternatives and company setups that work for founders in Armenia and the region, including how to structure billing for international customers.

Are three months enough to launch?

Enough to launch a focused first version — which is the goal. The course is built around scoping ruthlessly, using AI to move fast, and shipping something people can pay for. Growing it is what comes after, and you leave with a plan for that.

I already have a working prototype. Can I join?

Yes. If you have built with AI tools before, we start from your existing product and focus the program on architecture, billing, launch, and whatever else it needs.
