If you have an idea and want a working SaaS

AI SaaS Build

From idea to paying customer

AI SaaS Build is a 3-month online program for founders and product builders. With a mentor who has shipped products, you go through the whole chain — from validating the idea to a launched SaaS with payments, onboarding, analytics, a converting landing page and a plan for the first paying customers. Most of the code is written by Claude Code and Cursor; you design, decide and launch.

  • Multi-tenant architecture: teams, roles, plan limits
  • Subscriptions, trials and payments with Stripe
  • Landing page, analytics and a 90-day growth plan

Launch a subscription product: architecture, payments with Stripe and your first customers.

Building a prototype is easy today. Launching a SaaS with paying customers is not. Building a SaaS is not one problem but a chain of them: a multi-tenant data model, subscription billing that survives plan changes and failed payments, onboarding that gets users to value fast, emails that bring them back, analytics that show what is working, and a landing page and launch plan that bring the first customers. Most solo founders get stuck somewhere in that chain.

The first month is the business: validating the idea and interviewing customers, defining the smallest product people will pay for, choosing a pricing model and designing the architecture. In the second month you build the product itself with Claude Code, Cursor and a modern stack: workspaces and teams, roles and permissions, Stripe subscriptions, plan limits, trials, invoices, transactional email, admin tools and product analytics.

The third month is the launch: a landing page that explains and sells, the basics of SEO and AI search, launch channels, a feedback loop with the first users and a 90-day growth plan. You finish with a launched SaaS product, working payments and the practical knowledge to grow it — or to repeat the whole thing for the next idea.

The program runs online, in Armenian, individually or in a group of 2–3. It requires basic experience building with AI tools — the AI Vibecoding course or a comparable project of your own. If you already have a working prototype, we start from it.

/ Who it's for

This course is for you if

  • Founders and indie hackers with a SaaS idea to validate and launch
  • Developers who want to ship their own product instead of client work
  • Product managers who want to build and launch on their own
  • Owners of existing businesses who want to turn an internal tool into a sellable product
  • AI Vibecoding graduates ready for the business layer

Choose another course if

  • If you are just starting to explore AI and want to understand the tools first, your course is AI Discover.
  • If you have never built anything with AI tools, start with AI Vibecoding — it gives you exactly the foundation required here.

/ Outcomes

By the end you will be able to

  • Validate a SaaS idea and define the minimum sellable product
  • Design a multi-tenant architecture with workspaces, roles and plan limits
  • Implement subscriptions, trials, invoices and failed-payment handling with Stripe
  • Build onboarding, lifecycle emails and product analytics that show activation and churn
  • Launch a landing page optimised for Google and AI search
  • Run a launch, collect feedback and work a 90-day growth plan

/ Three months

How the three months go

  1. 1Month 1

    Validation and architecture

Customer interviews, the scope of the minimum sellable product, pricing model and positioning. Multi-tenant data model, roles, plan limits and project structure. By the end of the month you have a validated idea, a price and an architecture AI tools can implement.

  2. 2Month 2

    Product and payments

Workspaces and teams, invitations and permissions, Stripe subscriptions, trials, webhooks, invoices and failed payments. Onboarding, transactional email, admin panel and product analytics. By the end of the month the product is already taking payments.

  3. 3Month 3

    Launch and growth

Landing page and conversion, the basics of SEO, GEO and AI search, launch channels and first customers. A feedback loop, improvements and the 90-day growth plan you continue with after the course.

A launched SaaS product with working subscriptions, onboarding, analytics and a public landing page, plus a 90-day growth plan. If you arrive with a finished prototype, we start from it.

Examples of what students build

  • A B2B tool for small teams: workspaces, invitations and monthly plans
  • A niche SaaS for your industry: records, reports and a customer portal
  • An AI-powered service: plans with usage limits and API keys
  • A marketplace or booking platform: users on both sides and payments

/ How the training works

How the three months are organised

The same format for every course and for both pricing tiers — only the number of students and the start date differ.

Sessions
2 sessions a week · 90 minutes each. About 36 hours of live sessions over 3 months.
Between sessions
Between sessions: a practical assignment on your own project, reviewed by the mentor, and answers to your questions in a shared chat.
Where
Google Meet or Zoom with screen sharing; sessions are recorded and stay available to you for the whole course.
Mentor
An engineer who builds automation, AI systems and web applications for Steply’s clients every week. One mentor leads your course from the first session to the final project.
Your project
From the second month every session is built around your own project — the course ends with it working, not with a quiz.

/ FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a validated idea before I start?

No. The first module is validation. If you arrive with an idea, we test it; if you arrive without one, we go through how to find and evaluate one together. But you must be ready to build a real product, not a classroom exercise.

What experience is required?

Basic experience building with AI tools: the AI Vibecoding course or a comparable project of your own. You do not have to write code fluently by hand, but you should be comfortable reading code and working in an editor and in Git. On the intro call we check together that the program fits you.

Can I take payments from Armenia?

Yes. We cover Stripe as the main provider and discuss the alternatives and company-registration options that work for founders in Armenia and the region, including how to take payments from international customers.

Is three months enough to launch?

Enough to launch a focused first version, which is the goal. The program is built around cutting scope hard, moving fast with AI and shipping something people will pay for. Growth comes after that, and you finish with its 90-day plan.

I already have a working prototype. Can I join?

Yes. If you have already built with AI tools, we start from your existing product and focus the program on architecture, payments, launch and whatever it is missing.

How much of the code will I write myself?

Most of the code is generated by Claude Code and Cursor, and that is deliberate. Your job is architecture, specification, review and decisions — the skills that determine whether an AI-built product works with real customers.

How do the sessions work?

Online, 2 sessions a week of 90 minutes each, over video call with screen sharing. Between sessions you build your product while the mentor reviews the code and the architectural decisions. Sessions are recorded.

How much does the program cost, and how is it paid?

Individual format 75 000 AMD per month, group of 2–3 people 50 000 AMD per month. The program lasts 3 months and is paid monthly. Tool costs — Stripe fees, paid AI plans, a domain — belong to your product and are not included in the program price.
